How do you know what is the fair market value of your property and mineral rights?
I own 100% mineral rights approximatley 73 acres that the oil company offer me a lease for five years with an offer to pay royalties if oil or gas is produced that includes no my point of view on earth. I am very happy, but how do I know what the fair market value of my land is the rent? How I can determine the fair value market my land rates perforations with success?
